Poulam Patel MBBS, FRCP, PhD

Poulam Patel is the Professor of Clinical Oncology and Honorary Consultant Medical Oncologist at Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust. He is Chair of the EORTC Melanoma Study Group and currently serves as an advisor to a number of pharmaceutical companies and clinical-studies bodies. His research interests include the immunology of skin cancer (malignant melanoma), novel cancer vaccines, and immunotherapeutic approaches to malignancy. He has published over 60 papers covering basic research in tumor immunology and clinical trials in a range of tumors including first-in-man phase I trials.
