Poon-ung Chieng MD

Poon U. Chieng, MD, had retired from Associate Professor of Radiology, National Taiwan University, Medical College and Hospital (NTUH), Taipei, Taiwan. He received his medical degree (MD) from National Taiwan University, Medical College, and completed his internship; Radiology residency and Chief Resident at NTUH. In 1989 he was a research fellow in Densitometry, supervised by Professor Harry K. Genant, and Nuclear Cardiology and Cardiac MRI at the University of California at San Francisco (UCSF). After his return to NTUH, he was Staff Radiologist and Nuclear Medicine Physician till 2006. Presently, he is the Chief of Osteoporosis Center at Medical Imaging Department, Taiwan Adventist Hospital, Taipei, Taiwan.
