In addition, she is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vaydah Healthcare, a mission-driven organization focused on addressing the U.S. nursing shortage through ethical, compliant, and sustainable global workforce solutions. Her leadership includes the development of structured nurse placement strategies, partnerships with U.S. hospitals and teaching institutions, oversight of international recruitment and credentialing pathways, and the design of workforce models aligned with U.S. healthcare regulations and institutional standards. Pinky began her professional career as a teacher. She later became an accomplished Academician, serving as a University Professor at the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at Mindanao State University (MSU), Philippines, where she also held an academic leadership role as Former Department Chairman of the Computer Science Department.
