Pierre-olivier Lafontaine MD

Dr. Lafontaine has been working since 2007 at the Oculus Ophthalmological Center in Chambéry and operates at the Médipôle de Savoie Clinic in Challes-Les-Eaux. His specialty of retino-vitreous surgery requires rapid management of pathologies encountered during some of his consultations. Faced with the increase in the care of residents of the Tarentaise, Dr. Lafontaine wanted to expand the range of eye care to these residents by creating a second office in Albertville, located at 11 Avenue des Chasseurs Alpins.
In September 2017, the third law firm opened its doors in Challes-Les-Eaux located at 351 Avenue des Massettes, in line with the surgical and laser treatment activity of Dr. Lafontaine at the Medipole de Savoie Clinic located opposite this new practice. Dr. Lafontaine provides regular monitoring and presence on these different consultation sites: Chambery, Albertville and Challes-Les-Eaux. Surrounded by a multidisciplinary team and equipped with high-performance and recent equipment, Dr. Lafontaine provides quality follow-up and continually updates the latest techniques of surgery and pathology diagnosis.
