Phillip Lerner

Dr. Phil Lerner is Vice President and National Medical Director at Aetna. He is the Head of Condition Analysis and leads multiple clinical teams that analyze claims data and develop strategies to help Aetna members receive evidence based cost effective health care. He also leads Aetna’s strategy to prepare for emerging medical technologies and serves as Aetna’s National Medical Director for Pharmacy Policy and Strategy and the National Medical Director for Aetna’s Institutes of Quality.
