PHILLIP G. WISE, M.D., F.A.C.S. practiced in San Diego before joining Urologic Consultants in 2007. He is certified by the American Board of Urology and is fellowship trained in male infertility and impotence. He also treats patients with cancer of the genitourinary tract and kidney stones.
