Philipp Sommer is Associate Professor of Cardiology and head consultant in the Department of Electrophysiology at the Heart Center Leipzig, Germany. From 2003 to 2007, he worked as a resident at the Heart Center Leipzig with rotations to echocardiography, ICD/ Pacemaker day clinic and the EP lab. Philipp is a member of the German Society of Cardiology, European Society of Cardiology, European Heart Rhythm Society and the Heart Rhythm Association.
