Dr. Phil Duncanson is the Chief Microbiologist at AstraZeneca’s aseptic fill-finish facility in Ohio, USA, and is responsible for the aseptic training program and behavior of technicians in a 24-hour manufacturing facility. Phil has trained hundreds of technicians on the principles of good aseptic techniques and has helped to improve aseptic metrics by more than 85% in the last three years.
