Petros Perros is a Consultant Endocrinologist at Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Honorary Senior Lecturer, Institute of Human Genetics, the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. He read Biochemistry and Physiology in Newcastle, then Medicine at the same University. He was trained in Endocrinology, Internal Medicine and Diabetes in Newcastle, Glasgow, and Edinburgh. His clinical and research interests are in thyroid diseases and in optimizing delivery of care to patients with endocrine diseases.
