Petr Polasek MD

Dr. Petr Polasek is a cardiologist at Kelowna General Hospital in Kelowna, BC. In his 30 years of practicing Cardiology, two decades were spent at Kelowna General Hospital. He developed special interests are complex preventative cardiology, including managing blood lipids, speaking at international conferences, and teaching at the University of British Columbia as a clinical assistant professor of medicine. Dr. Polasek is an active member of the Canadian Cardiovascular Society, a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, and the European Atherosclerosis Society.
