Peter Y. Chen MD, FACR

Peter Y. Chen, M.D., F.A.C.R., is a graduate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed his Radiation Oncology residency and fellowship at the University of Michigan. He also completed a residency in Internal Medicine and training in Allergy-Immunology. He is a Professor for the Oakland University-William Beaumont School of Medicine, along with being the Chair of the Head and Neck Tumor Board at Beaumont, Royal Oak and the Medical Director of the Gamma Knife Center.
He was elected as a Fellow of the American College of Radiology in May 2011. His clinical areas are breast, genitourinary, central nervous system (including Gamma Knife stereotactic radiosurgery), head and neck, lymphoma and pediatric cancer as well as brachytherapy. His research interests include breast, head and neck, central nervous system and prostate cancer.
