Peter Wroe MD

Dr. Peter C. Wroe is an Associate Physician at The Permanente Medical Group, Inc. He received his Doctor of Medicine from The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine.

Ever since he first learned about the history of Kaiser Permanente during his undergraduate study of the health care system, he has admired the Kaiser model for providing quality, cost-effective, and comprehensive health care to a community of patients. Later, as a resident physician working at Oakland Medical Center and Richmond Medical Center, he experienced firsthand the collaboration, dedication, and focus with which Kaiser physicians approach the care of their patients.

Dr. Wroe's research interests are Emergency Medicine, Trauma, Acute Illness, Healthcare, Intensive Care, Critical Care Medicine, Palliative Care, Acute Coronary Syndrome, and Stroke.
