Peter Vlerick PhD

Dr. Vlerick received his MA and PHD both in Psychology from Ghent University, Belgium. He obtained his PhD for a thesis on antecedents and consequences of burnout in general hospital nurses. Currently, he is Assistant Professor in economic psychology of Ghent University, Belgium. He is now involved in research on the relationship between employee well-being and customer satisfaction.
