Peter Vanheyst DO

Dr. Peter VanHeyst, DO, is a board-certified pediatrician at Cleveland Clinic Children’s specializing in primary care pediatrics, adolescent health, behavioral medicine, and population health. Known for his compassionate and family-centered approach, Dr. VanHeyst provides comprehensive care for children and adolescents, with particular interests in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and developmental and behavioral health.

Dr. VanHeyst earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine after completing undergraduate studies in Biology and Ethics at John Carroll University. He completed his pediatric residency training at Stony Brook University Hospital in New York and joined the Cleveland Clinic in 2016.
