Peter Strouse MD

Dr. Peter Strouse is a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School and completed a residency in Diagnostic Radiology at Henry Ford Hospital and fellowships in Pediatric Radiology and Cross-sectional Imaging at the University of Michigan Department of Radiology. He has been a faculty member of the Department of Radiology since 1993. Dr. Strouse is currently the John F. Holt Collegiate Professor of Radiology. He has served as Division Director of the Section of Pediatric Radiology from 2006-2023. He previously served as Director of the Pediatric Radiology Fellowship Program (2006-2014).

Dr. Strouse received a University of Michigan Health System Dean’s Award for Outstanding Clinician in 2018. Dr. Strouse is a past President (2017-18) and a past Chair of the Board of Directors (2018-19) of the Society for Pediatric Radiology. He is a past president (2011-13) of the Society of Chiefs of Radiology at Children’s Hospitals (SCORCH). Dr. Strouse served as the Editor for the Americas for the journal Pediatric Radiology, serving in this role since (2013-22).
