Peter Kramer PhD

Dr. Peter-Jürgen Kramer holds a diploma in Biochemistry from the University of Tübingen and earned his doctorate through joint work at the University of Tübingen and ETH Zurich. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the University Hospital Basel, Switzerland. Dr. Kramer served in various senior roles at Merck Darmstadt, including Head of the Institute of Toxicology, Global Head of Toxicology and Safety Pharmacology, and Vice President. He is currently affiliated with the Department of Chemistry at the Technical University of Darmstadt and lectures at the University of Bonn, Germany, and Université Lyon, France.
