Peter Hutton PhD, MB ChB

Professor Hutton obtained his BSc, PhD and MBChB from the University of Birmingham. He is a Professor of Anaesthesia in the University of Birmingham and Honorary Consultant at University Hospital Birmingham. In addition, Professor Hutton has been Chairman of the Clinical Board of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, worked with the Department of Health and served on a number of public bodies including the General Medical Council, the Specialist Training Authority, the Standing Medical Advisory Group, and the NHS Modernisation Board.
