Peter Homberg

Peter Homberg is partner in Dentons' Frankfurt office and Head of the German Life Sciences Practice Group. He is specialized in advising pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies as well as clients in the field of medical devices and biotechnology. Among Mr. Homberg’s clients are both individual entrepreneurs and medium-sized enterprises, as well as listed companies, national and multinational operating groups, financial and strategic investors. His expertise focuses on all kinds of technology transfer transactions, R&D and cooperation agreements, cross-border IP licensing and IP strategies, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. Peter regularly holds lectures at national and international seminars and conferences. Furthermore, he has broad experience in Southeast Asia.
