Peter Fancsovits PhD

Peter Fancsovits obtained his M.Sc. degree from Gödöll? University of Agricultural Sciences in the field of reproductive biology in 1993. Since 1998 he is the head of the Embryology Laboratory at the Division of Assisted Reproduction, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Semmelweis University School of Medicine, Budapest. He obtained his Ph.D. in 2006 on Semmelweis University School of Medicine. In 2008 he obtained his certification as Senior Clinical Embryologist. His special research interests are the oocyte and embryo morphology and the effect of morphological parameters and culture condition on IVF outcome. He published 26 articles in international and Hungarian journals and delivered more than 80 lectures on different conferences and workshops. He is the member of ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology) since 2001 and a member of ALPHA Scinetists in Reproductive Medicine since 2003.
