Dr. Boor is currently Associate Professor at RWTH University Aachen. He Has received MD degree from Comenius University, Bratislava. He has received Award for excellent scientific abstract from International Society of Nephrology (ISN) for World Congress of Nephrology in Rio de Janeiro, Young Investigator award at the International Society of Nephrology (ISN) Nexus 2010 Meeting “The Kidney and the vascular system” in Kyoto, Doctoral Thesis Award (“Borchers-Plakette”) of the RWTH Aachen University and awarded to participate at the 61st Meeting of Nobel Laureates in Lindau. His reserch interests are Renal Fibrosis & Angiogenesis (experimental models, molecular mechanisms, imaging &biomarkers), Glomerulonephritides (experimental models & molecular mechanisms).
