Pelin Icil BSc, MSc

Pelin İcil is an Industrial Engineer, with an MSC degree in Management Engineering. In her final thesis, she completed one of the first quantitative studies on: "Measurement of The Return of Digital Marketing in Pharma", which was presented and published in international congresses. She worked in various multinational companies including Consulting, FMCG and Pharma. Her most recent position is Marketing Manager of Bayer Women's and Men's Healthcare, responsible for Turkey and North Africa Cluster. She also worked across cross-functional global teams. Her expertise include Digital Transformation, Multi-Channel Marketing, Product Launch, Commercial Excellence and Reputation Management. She is also an ICF certified coach and keynote speaker/moderator in leading pharma events. She and her team have received many local and global awards in recognition of their multi-channel marketing initiatives.
