Pekka Siirtola PhD

Dr. Pekka Siirtola, Ph.D. is an Adjunct Professor of applied Machine Learning at the University of Oulu. He received his Ph.D. in 2015 and since that, he has worked at the DataAI group, a sub-group of the Biomimetics and Intelligent Systems Group, as a postdoctoral researcher. His Clinical interests are Activity Recognition, Feature Extraction, Algorithms, Advanced Machine Learning, Data Mining, and Pattern Recognition.
