Peggy Retka is a dedicated higher education administrator with 15 years of experience in individual and group advising, international program development (specializing in faculty-led models), budget creation & management, crisis prevention & emergency response plans, managing professionals, institutional relations and partnership building. Peggy Retka is passionate about study abroad, intercultural and experiential learning. She has experienced firsthand the great personal, professional and academic impacts of international learning. By teaching experience-based intercultural courses, and focusing on returnee counseling, She helps individuals make sense of and grow as a result of, their international experiences.
