Pedro Alves MS, MD, PhD

Pedro Nascimento Alves is completed a Master in Medicine from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon and Ph.D. student at the Department of Neuroscience and Mental Health, Neurology, Hospital de Santa Maria, CHLN, Lisbon - Language Studies Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon. He is, since 2014, a Physician in the Neurology Service at Hospital de Santa Maria, CHLN; and, since 2018 Professor of the Masters in Neurosciences at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Lisbon. He is currently a Member of the Language Studies Laboratory, Faculty of Medicine, University of Lisbon; and a Researcher at the “José Ferro Lab”, Institute of Molecular Medicine João Lobo Antunes, Lisbon. He is a member of several national and international scientific associations and has several indexed articles published in his research area.
