Pavel Mares MD, PhD

Pavel Mares is a Professor at Charles University, Prague, Czech Republic. Professor Pavel Mares is serving as a member of the Editorial Boards of Epilepsy and Behavior, Epileptology, and Pharmacological Reports, in the past also Epilepsia, Seizure, and Zeitschrift fuer Epileptologie. He is a reviewer for Epilepsia, Epilepsy Research, Epilepsy and Behavior, Seizure, and more than 15 other neuroscience and pharmacological journals. He is an Honorary member of the Polish League Against Epilepsy and a member of the American Epilepsy Society and the German League Against Epilepsy. He is an honorary member of J.E.Purkyně Czech Medical Society, and Czech Physiological Society, and a founding member of the highly prestigious Czech Medical Academy.
