Paula Rankin PhD

Dr Paula Rankin is the Head of the Department of Health and Sport Sciences at South East Technological University. She holds a PhD from Newcastle University, a Masters from Loughborough University, a Bachelors Degree from University of Limerick, and a Post-graduate Diploma from the International Olympic Committee. Paula has more than 20 years of teaching and research experience in the areas of Exercise Physiology and Sport Nutrition. Her research interests are in the areas of exercise recovery, nutrition for performance, and the female athlete.
