Paula Farrell MSHQS, BSN, RN, CPHQ, LSSGB

Paula Farrell is an Associate Project Director in the Department of Quality Measurement at The Joint Commission. In this role, she leads team‐based projects addressing the identification, specification, testing, and implementation of standardized performance measures for various care settings and clinical areas. Ms. Farrell has over 15 years of health care experience in multiple areas including critical care, surgical quality improvement, performance measure development, and surgical quality registry maintenance. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Millikin University in Decatur, IL, and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB).
