Paula Crespo-escobar PhD, MSc

Paula Crespo-Escobar is a Coordinator of the Obesity Unit and Dietitian-Nutritionist at the Recoleta Hospital Network. She is also a Coordinator of the Degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics at the Miguel de Cervantes European University. She completed his Doctor of Philosophy and Master of Science at the University of Valencia. His research interests are Nutritional Epidemiology, Child Nutrition, Nutrition Assessment, Human Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Science, and Nutritional Medicine.
