Paul Urk MD

Paul van Urk studied medicine at the VU University in Amsterdam. During his medical studies, his interest was quickly aroused for the spine. This led to scientific and clinical training at the renowned Rizzoli Orthopedic Institute in Bologna. After his training as an orthopedic surgeon at the University Medical Center Utrecht (UMC Utrecht), he completed the spine fellowship with Prof. dr. Dr. Successfully followed FC Öner at UMC Utrecht. Since July 1, 2020, he works as an orthopedic surgeon, specialized in spine surgery, in the spine division of the Acibadem (Spine Center Amsterdam). In addition, he has also been working partly at UMC Utrecht since September 2021.
