Paul M. Strachan MD

Paul Strachan, MD, received his undergraduate degree from Adelphi University. He then attended SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn (Downstate Medical) where he received his MD in 1999. He completed an Internal Medicine internship and residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center in New Hyde Park followed by a fellowship in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine also at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He started at Stony Brook Medicine following completion of his fellowship in 2006. He is the Director of the Stony Brook Pulmonary Hypertension Center and a member of the Stony Brook Interstitial Lung Disease Evaluation Center.
