Paul Karila PhD

Dr. Paul Karila is the Head of Neuroscience at Cellectricon. He received his Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Gothenburg. He is experienced in pre-clinical Drug Discovery with a special interest in mechanistic models, phenotypic screening, technology, and translational sciences to enable successful profiling of candidate drugs. With strong leadership capabilities and communication skills.

He is currently leading a passionate team involved in assay development, target identification, target validation and compound profiling against CNS/Pain and Cardiovascular targets in primary, excitable cells.
