Paul Jebb BSc, MA, RN

Paul holds various qualifications awarded to him by the University of Central Lancashire, with his first of them being an Access to Higher Education Diploma in Pre-Registration Nursing in 1996 before completing his BSc (Hons) in Nursing in the early 2000s. “The support that I got from the academic staff was vital for me to achieve academically and personally,” he said.

Paul continued studying at the University whilst working in a variety of positions including staff nurse, Senior Nurse Manager, and Assistant Director of Nursing. Paul now holds the position of Associate Director of Nursing and Lead nurse for Lancaster Royal Infirmary for the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust. In addition to this role, Paul is an Honorary Senior Lecturer here at the University of Central Lancashire and he is currently on secondment as Deputy Director of Nursing at Southport & Ormskirk NHS Trust, with a remit around risk, assurance and engagement.
