Paul Healy MSc

Paul Healy is the Head of Strategic Finance at NHS England. He completed his Master of Science at the University of London and Bachelor of Science at the Cardiff University. Previously led a policy team at an independent charity representing the NHS and was a senior advisor on economics and regulation. Experienced in regulation, producing research and contributing to the media.
