Paul Hafen has 15 years of personal training experience as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. His areas of training expertise include Sports Performance, Cardiovascular Fitness, Weight Loss, and Injury Prevention.
In 2018, He earned his doctorate in Exercise Sciences/Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University with his NASA-funded research investigating skeletal muscle adaptations to heat stress and its effects on atrophy. He is currently a research scientist investigating skeletal muscle responses and adaptations at the Indiana University School of Medicine.
