Paul currently serves in here as Senior Health Policy Advisor to the Federal Office of Rural Health Policy. To this opportunity he brings experience related to rural health care of more than thirty years in community and hospital pharmacy. But his career reaches beyond just pharmacy as he has served as the CEO of a County Healthcare Authority, consisting of one of the nation’s earliest Critical Access Hospitals, the County EMS, a physician clinic and a Home Health Agency.
