Paul Colthorpe is an experienced Pharmaceutical Leader with an R&D background and a proven track record for developing and implementing innovative new products, technologies (including telehealth offerings), devices and packaging. He possesses strong business acumen and an ability to analyse complex problems and identify practical solutions. He is also experienced in forming, leading and motivating successful teams in challenging and change oriented environments. Paul has held a wide range of roles within the Pharmaceutical sector, at a Global level in Novartis, and before that with 3M, Astra Zeneca and Fisons.
