Paul Chao

Paul Chao is currently a Core Team Leader within BD Medical Pharmaceutical Systems. Paul joined BD in 2011 as a Senior Engineer in R&D and was promoted to Staff Engineer in 2012. In January 2013, Paul became Core Team Leader. As core team leader, Paul has led the development of the ion exchange strengthening process within BD and is starting to lead the development of a novel self-injection device. Paul holds a Masters of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Columbia University and a Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
