Dr. Paul Brunetta co-founded the Fontana Tobacco Treatment Center at UCSF Medical Center, which aims to help people quit smoking through classes and individual consultations with health care professionals trained in treating tobacco addiction. Brunetta also serves as a principal medical director at Genentech within Global Product Development in Immunology. His research focuses on the development of novel therapeutics for immunologic disease and improved evaluations and drug approvals for rare diseases, such as anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibodies (ANCA) associated vasculitis.
