Patrizia Burra PhD

Burra is graduated in Medicine and Surgery in Padua in 1984, a specialty in Gastroenterology and digestive endoscopy in 1988 in Padua. Triennial attendance abroad (1988-1991) as Visiting fellowat the Liver Unit and Liver Research Laboratories, Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, Birmingham, UK. PhD in Hepatological Sciences 1993 University of Modena, registered office of the University of Padua.

Afterwards, 1993, assistant physician of gastroenterology in Padua, in 1997 medical director of the first level of gastroenterology in Padua. In 2001, university researcher, MED12, gastroenterology at the University of Padua, from 2014 associate professor MED12 gastroenterology at the University of Padua. Since 2010 head of UOSD Multivisceral Transplantation Hospital-University of Padua.

From 2008 to 2015 delegate and then consultant of the rector of the University of Padua for international relations, member of the Commission for international activities for issues related to international cooperation from 2009 to 2012 and from 2011 component of the Cooperation Committee for the development of the Veneto Region.
