Patrick Wouters MD, PhD is professor of anesthesiology and clinical physiology at the University of Ghent, Belgium and chair of the department of anesthesia and perioperative medicine at the Ghent University Hospital since 2008.
He obtained his Medical Degree in 1986 and completed his residency in anesthesia at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium.
