Dr. Buddle is a graduate of St. George’s University Class of 1982. Prior to that he graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Biology. He did his internship at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, NJ and completed a year of general surgery at Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, NJ; prior to completing his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Pennsylvania. He is board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Since 1987 he has been and remains in private practice in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation. He is the Director of Rehabilitation at Jersey Shore University Medical Center. During his over 30 years of practice he has been involved in many professional, hospital, and community affiliations. This includes 31 years as the team physician for Manasquan High School, Medical Director of the Atlantic Sports and Fitness Club, and a member of the Advisory Committee to the Health Care Academy at Manasquan High School. In 2002 he donated a kidney to a physician colleague and became active in the New Jersey Sharing Network, the organ procurement organization of New Jersey. He is presently a physician member of the organ donor council at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, a member of the Educational Advisory Board which developed the New Jersey High School Heroes Act, member of the New Jersey State Joint Organ Task Force, and past Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees of the New Jersey Sharing Network. He remains active in multiple hospital committees at Jersey Shore University Hospital. He continues to lecture on and remains an advocate for those on the waiting list for a life saving organ transplant and tissue donation.
