Patrick Brent Smith MD, MSc, MLS, FAAFp

Dr. Smith is a family medicine/sports medicine trained physician in private practice in Cleveland, MS. Board certified in family medicine, he also carries a CAQ in sports medicine from the University of Alabama. Dr. Smith is active in the American Academy of Family Physicians as well as the Mississippi Academy of Family Physicians, and currently serves as the Chair for the Mississippi High School Activities Association Sports Medicine Advisory Committee.
