Patrick received his B.Sc from University of Toulouse, France and his M.Sc in Biology of Aging from University of Paris – Rene Descartes. He completed his Ph.D. degree in Biology from the University of McGill, Canada and his post-doctoral fellowships in the laboratories of Dr Clifford Tabin and Dr Monica Colaiacovo in the Department of Genetics at Harvard Medical School.
His work resides at the intersection of genetics, developmental biology and environmental health. Dr Allard’s research on the reproductive and transgenerational effects of plastics and pesticides has been published in several high profile journals including Cell Reports, PNAS, PLOS Genetics, and Environmental Health Perspectives.
