Patricio Jose Varela Balbontin MD

Professor Varela, received his medical degree from the University of Chile.  Surgical residency at Mackenna Children's Hospital, Chile.- . His pediatric surgery fellowship was completed in minimally invasive surgery, at Le Bonheur Children medical center, Memphis Tennessee, between 1997-1999. Dr. Varela has received international attention for his expertise in chest wall malformations and tracheal surgery in Children.
