Parag Mallick PhD

Parag received his BS in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis. He then completed his doctoral studies with David Eisenberg at UCLA. After completing his PhD, he trained with Ruedi Aebersold in clinical proteomics and systems biology at the Institute for Systems Biology. Our lab focuses on applying computational and experimental approaches to study cancer as a complex adaptive system. It is our hope that by better characterizing the processes that govern how cancers develop and grow that we will be able to develop techniques to monitor those processes in a minimally invasive manner (e.g. using imaging or blood tests)
