Paolo Montemurro MD

Dr. Paolo Montemurro studied medicine at the University of Insubria in Varese, Italy, where he graduated in medicine and surgery. He then continued his career in plastic surgery at the University Hospital "Ospedale di Circolo" in Italy, where he conducted scientific research and performed both reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery.

He thus completed his specialist training and became a specialist in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. He has worked full-time at Akademikliniken since 2007, mainly with aesthetic plastic surgery. He also coordinates, as the first person at Akademikliniken, the use of 3D computer technology. The technology enables the simulation of the result of a breast augmentation or rhinoplasty with three-dimensional computer prediction.

Dr. Paolo Montemurro is a member of the Swedish Plastic Surgery Association (SPKF) and the Swedish Association for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (SFEP).
