Dr. Paolo De Filippo is a Chief of Cardiac Electrophysiology and Pacing at ASST Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital. He performs interventions for the treatment of complex arrhythmias, tutoring-teaching of medical and nursing staff, and arrhythmological consultancy. Since 2012 he has been responsible for the Electrophysiology and Cardiac Electrostimulation Service.

He graduated with honors in Medicine and Surgery at the University of Milan in 2000 and specialized in Cardiology at the University of Pavia in 2004. He obtained a certification in Interventional Electrophysiology from the European Society of Arrhythmology (European Heart Rhythm Association) in 2011.

His research interests are Cardiology, Cardiac Electrophysiology, Cardiac Rhythm Management, Interventional Cardiology, Catheter Ablation, Pediatric Arrhythmias, and Implantable Cardiac Devices.
