Pamela L. Pentin MD, JD, FAAFP

Pamela L. Pentin, M.D., is a UW Assistant Professor of Family Medicine and enjoys teaching residents and medical students. She is also a U.S. Navy Reserve Medical Officer with 20 years of combined active duty and reserve experience. Dr. Pentin's clinical interests include women's health, the treatment of addiction, the care of military members, their families and all veterans.

Dr. Pentin believes in empowering her patients to achieve and maintain a state of wellness, in engaging in shared decision-making about tests, and treatment, in serving as a good listener to her patients' concerns and in being a compassionate advisor in times of trouble.
