Pamela J. Hornby PhD, AGAF

Pamela is an accomplished Gastrointestinal and Translational Pharmacologist with extensive experience in Academia and then in R&D. Her leadership resulted in the discovery and characterization of eluxadoline, which is now a marketed drug. She combines strong scientific acumen with an ability to leverage global expertise and find creative funding sources to build scientific advances. She has received awards in recognition of the impact of her work, is Chair of the Translational and Clinical Pharmacology Division of ASPET and has served on Advisory Review Boards.
