The laboratory team serves a variety of 3M clients through their product line or vocabulary mapping services, as well as continually populating the HDD with international vocabulary standards and terminologies, such as Logical Observation Identifiers Names and Codes (LOINC). She started working with LOINC and SNOMED in the 1990's
